Smoked Vanilla Margarita
This cocktail will be strained into a ice filled rocks glass, if you wish to have salt on the rim, grab a lime and rub it on the outside of the glass and press into a saucer of kosher salt. Omit this step if you prefer no salt.
In a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and then add the following ingredients.
Two ounces of Inspiro Reposado Tequila.
One ounce of Fresh squeezed lime juice.
1/2 ounce of Reàl brand Madagascar Vanilla syrup - Amazon Link
Shake 10 - 15 seconds.
Strain over fresh ice, into the prepared rocks glass.
Place the Ghost Smoker on top of the finished Vanilla Margarita, with a small pinch of Ghost Smoker Oak chips.
With a brûlée torch ignite the smoker from about 3-4 inch above the smoker and allow the smoke to swirl into the glass, allow it to infuse for at least 5 seconds, the longer it infuses the more robust the smokey flavor.
Remove the Ghost Smoker, garnish with a lime wheel, and present to the guest. ENJOY!
